We applied our Ffold® design fundamentals to create an affordable, functional and comfortable bed, at scale, for social shelter and housing crisis social housing, because everyone deserves a bed™.

Our innovative Ffold® Pilgrim Bed has been exclusively designed to help solve the economic and social burden associated with providing safe shelter for the significant number of migrants arriving in the UK seeking asylum each year. 

The bed is anchored by the wall bracket, whilst weight-bearing through the floor. Space is made available for activities whilst the bed is neatly stowed against the wall, and within seconds the bed can be folded out for comfortable sleep. This opportunity for multi-use space allows for a smaller dwelling footprint, without compromising on function.
